Montea invests in strategic locations that permit multifunctional and multimodal solutions

Intermodal network expansion: investing in locations with good connections to road, rail, waterways and/or airports. Multifunctional: create buildings that are suitable for multiple uses/types of users and thus have a longer life cycle. Maximum use of space: Montea wants to ensure that the limited space available is always used optimally. That is why Montea tries to focus on brownfield and greyfield redevelopment projects, as well as infill development projects.

Longevity: build robust warehouses with materials that last and with a design that allows different use by different customers. Encourage reuse of materials
