Montea is the result of Pierre De Pauw’s lifework, one of the founding fathers of Belgian logistic real estate since the late 1960s. Founded in Aalst, Belgium, Montea has grown into a leading business active in four countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany. With offices in Aalst, Paris, Tilburg, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt, our teams combine general principles with deep local expertise to achieve one shared goal: creating value together.
