  • Various subcontractors and suppliers receive their work orders directly. The response time for notifications is continuously monitored, evaluated, and improved. All relevant documents for each property are centrally stored in My Montea, including: reports of mandatory inspections, maintenance reports, construction plans, damage management procedures, requests for private works, evacuation guidelines, and technical installation manuals. The maintenance module operates in the back office.
