We won the Realty Sustainable Building Award in the Industrial & Logistics category for our Blue Gate Antwerp development.
We're proud to be among the very first Realty award winners. We received the award for our sustainable warehouse at Blue Gate Antwerp, developed for our clients Herfurth Group and Dries Van Noten.
This international recognition celebrates projects that set new benchmarks in sustainability and innovation, and we are honored that our efforts are being acknowledged on a global stage.
Situated on a redeveloped brownfield site with multimodal transport options, this project embodies our core values of sustainability and innovation. With features like BREEAM Excellent certification, CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) offices, fully closable and airtight loading docks, and heat pumps, the building generates more green energy than it consumes.

The Blue Gate Antwerp project is a prime example of Montea’s commitment to forward-thinking, sustainable real estate. Lekkerland & Montea win PropertyNL Logistics Award
Our distribution center for Lekkerland Nedderland B.V. developed in collaboration with Remmers Bouwgroep, has been awarded the prestigious PropertyNL Logistics Award 2025.
This recognition highlights the significance of sustainable and innovative logistics solutions in the Netherlands.
Built on an existing industrial site, the gas-free Lekkerland DC integrates energy-efficient LED lighting, solar panels, and systems that reuse residual heat from cooling installations. Large windows enhance the workspace, and consolidating three facilities into one has boosted operational efficiency while reducing the CO2 footprint.
