The site is strategically located along the canal zone Ghent-Terneuzen, near the R4, and offers connection with the important express ways (E34, E17 and E40). The distribution centre was built in 2013 and consists of 23,400 m² warehouses and 750 m² offices. The building has been extended in 2016 with 20.000 m².

The building is ESFR sprinklered, has a free height of 12m and is equipped with automatic controlled lightning. De total site complies with the TAPA ‘A’ standards regarding security.
