STATE-OF-THE-ART LOGISTICS HUB FOR DP WORLD IN THE PORT OF ANTWERP
A future-ready logistics development at one of Europe's most strategic multimodal locations.

Montea is developing a state-of-the-art logistics hub for DP World at a prime location in the Port of Antwerp. Situated on an 83,000 m² site in the port of Antwerp adjacent to Antwerp Gateway, the development will comprise more than 55,000 m² of warehouse, mezzanine and office space. The facility will support DP World's growing integrated logistics activities and strengthen its position as a key logistics provider in Europe.

The development has been designed with a flexible layout and includes temperature-controlled warehouse areas to accommodate specialised logistics operations. The facility will support a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, perishables and other products requiring controlled storage conditions. 

Located close to the container terminals and with direct access to road, rail and inland waterways, the site benefits from exceptional multimodal connectivity. This strategic location enables efficient distribution flows across Belgium and the wider European market while offering seamless integration between port operations, warehousing and inland transport.

In line with Montea's sustainability ambitions, the project is being developed according to high environmental standards and targets a minimum BREEAM Excellent certification. Construction is expected to commence in 2027, with completion scheduled for 2028.
