Montea strengthens its German operations with two senior appointments

Montea reinforces its German leadership team with the appointments of Maximilian Tappert as Country Director Germany, effective 1 February 2027, and Friedrich Schäufele as Head of Business Development Germany, effective 19 October 2026. 

Montea’s German platform is being strengthened to capture the next phase of growth, with strategy focused on long-term value creation, prime locations and local expertise. The expanded team brings the local expertise and networks to source opportunities, secure prime logistics locations, and build long-term relationships with customers, developers and municipalities. A stronger presence in Germany also further enhances Montea’s cross-border offering to its European customer base.
