The site is strategically located along the canal zone Gent-Terneuzen, near the R4, and offers connection with the important express ways (E34, E17 and E40). The logistics site was built in 2011 on a land of ca 18,000 m² and consists of 11,950 m² warehouses and 1.000 m² offices. The building is ESFR sprinklered and has a free height of 10 m.
